Hello, I have noticed someone already posted similar issue about 5 days ago, but since there is no update for my EMS package, I'm now wondering if anyone else is experiencing same issue.

My EMS package left Japan (Osaka) on Sept 8, but there is no update so far other than "en route to Canada".

I've never experienced EMS takes too long to arrive. If my package is held at customs, I can understand that - but it is not the situation like that.

I already contacted Canada Post and they told me that my package hasn't arrived to Canada so they can't do anything for me.

Is anyone experiencing this same issue?

Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated.
